What size file should I send?
Always the larger the file the better. Always make sure your camera is on the highest setting for photo size and quality. This will result in the best files for retouching.

Do I pay when I send the photo?
You can email me the photo anytime and I can tell you how it will retouch. No work will begin on the photo until payment is complete and photos are worked on in the order of payment received.

Do you show your customers the finished photo for approval before you finalize it?
Yes, you see a proof and I make any necessary adjustments before the final files are sent.

And about hair and make-up . . .
do you do that or is it not necessary?

Professional makeup is not necessary. Have on foundation and powder and lipstick/gloss. The rest I do digitally. I recomend having
the hair as good as possible. Usually the better the hair is to begin with, the better it will be in the final photo.
